1. General Policy
As our services are customized and time-dependent, full refunds are not applicable in most cases.
Partial refunds may be considered in certain circumstances, as explained below by category.
Software & Web Development Services:
Includes:
Website (WordPress, React, Laravel, Shopify, WooCommerce)
Web App / SaaS
Mobile App (iOS/Android)
ERP/CRM Software
UI/UX Design
Logo Design
Refund Terms:
If the project does not start: 80-100% refund applies.
Once design or development work has begun: Only unused portion refunds are applicable (no refunds if more than 30% of work is completed).
No refunds are applicable after project delivery or code handover.
Digital Marketing Services:
Includes:
Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Ads)
Content & Branding (with AI)
SEO, YouTube Channel Setup, Branding Guidelines
Presentation/Pitch Deck Design
Refund Terms:
Cancellation before campaign goes live: Up to 70% refund.
Once content work has begun or ad runs: No refunds.
In case of unexpected performance, optimization/support will be offered, not refunds.
Business Automation & AI Integration Services:
Includes:
CRM/Sales Automation
AI Chatbots & Workflows (Zapier, Make.com)
WhatsApp/Facebook/Website Chatbots
Lead Collection, Follow-up, Dashboard, Custom AI Tools
Refund Terms:
If tool/system setup is not started: 70-90% refund.
Refunds are not applicable once automation setup is complete or API/AI configuration is complete.
Installed chatbots or software are not refundable.
IT Consulting & Project Management:
Includes:
SME/Startup Consultancy
Business Process Optimization
Remote Team Setup
Technical Documentation, SOP
Refund Terms:
If consultation is not started: 80-100% refund.
If one or more meetings are completed: Refunds are not applicable.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
If the client is late or cancels the project on their own.
If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information.
If the scope of work is properly explained and the work starts.
If technical support or consultation is required.
How to request a refund:

Write the subject: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
Write the order ID, service type and details of the problem.
The application will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 5-7 business days after receipt.

We believe that all problems can be resolved through mutual discussion. If you are dissatisfied with anything, please contact our customer support team.
